First Week on the Tomb Kings - Keeping Down the Cost

Any who have seen the announcement on our YouTube channel will know that Jon's next fantasy is the Tomb Kings. Maelstrom Games had an offer of 17% off so we took the plunge and bought two battalion boxes. 


I have spent around 15 hours putting the models together, including some customized heroes and a casket of souls. With each hero/lord costing in the region of £9 and the casket of souls costing £36 it has saved us some money, while still being tournament legal as they are made from GW parts.









The models are primed in Army Builder's bone primer that has been surprising effective but doesn't photo well. I will post photos as I make progress over the next few weeks.
